# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together faster than ordering takeout and tastes twice as good.
  • The sweet tang of BBQ sauce with stretchy mozzarella is comfort food at its finest.
  • You can use whatever leftover chicken is sitting in your fridge and still impress people.
  • Crispy edges and gooey center make every bite ridiculously satisfying.
02 -
  • Do not skip brushing the flatbread with olive oil, or the base will turn chewy instead of crispy.
  • Let the flatbread cool for one minute before slicing, or the toppings will slide right off in a messy heap.
  • If your onions are too thick, they won't soften in time and will taste sharp and raw.
03 -
  • Use a pizza stone if you have one, it makes the bottom extra crispy and evenly cooked.
  • Toss the chicken in a little extra BBQ sauce before adding it to the flatbread for deeper flavor in every bite.
  • Slice the red onion as thin as possible using a mandoline, they'll caramelize beautifully and won't overpower the other toppings.
