# What You Need:

→ Bread

01 - 4 slices sandwich bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)

→ Dairy

02 - 4 slices cheddar cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

# Directions:

01 - Spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Place two bread slices buttered side down. Arrange two cheese slices on each. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
03 - Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat until hot.
