# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The natural sugars caramelize into something almost candy-like, making even sprout skeptics reconsider their position
  • They reheat beautifully for meal prep, though they rarely last long enough to need reheating
02 -
  • Crowding the pan is the fastest way to end up with steamed sprouts instead of roasted ones. give them room to breathe
  • The cut side down arrangement isn't optional. that's where you get those restaurant quality crispy bits
03 -
  • Let your baking sheet heat up in the oven while you prep the sprouts. that instant sizzle when they hit the pan creates extra caramelization
  • Wait until the last five minutes to add any delicate seasonings or cheese toppings so they don't burn
